Compressor Covers
Fabricating Services, Inc. is the leading manufacturer of insulated sound covers used extensively in the heating, ventilation and air conditioning industry to control compressor noise. Our covers have been tested to achieve results up to a 12.5dBA sound power reduction in suppressing unwanted compressor noise. Although our covers are made largely for the HVAC industry, their design concepts can be used as well for many OEM, transportation and industrial applications.
Dura-Coustic
Our benchmark cover is used as the standard cover by most OEMs. It is lightweight and easy to install, providing a cost effective solution to compressor noise.
FabShield
Two-piece compressor cover; easily adjustable and fits most compressors under 10 tons.
Ultra-Coustic
Reinforced vinyl envelope wrapped around a fiberglass blanket. Additional noise control materials such as loaded barrier and felt can be added.
High-Temperature
Quilted fiberglass with 1″ thick fiberglass filter; usable in extreme conditions up to 550 degrees Fahrenheit.

VIDC Barrier & Mat
We have a variety of vinyl barriers and polyester mats that when combined together create a unique material providing excellent performance throughout the frequency range, at an economical price. It can be easily cut and sewn into various shapes and designs.
